Today’s action kicks off at 1 p.m. and will last you through dessert, so settle in for a slate packed with classic rivalry heat and playoff implications.

Packers at Lions – 1:00 PM

Lions-Packers is one of the NFL’s oldest rivalries, dating back to 1930. Rivalries tend to ebb and flow, but this matchup somehow finds a way to deliver every year,  and this season is no exception. Detroit and Green Bay are neck-and-neck in the middle of the NFC North, but the Lions enter with one thing on their mind: Revenge for that Week 1 blowout loss.

Jahmyr Gibbs is coming off a monster performance, where he totaled 264 yards and three touchdowns. But Josh Jacobs is set to return for the Packers, too. This game could end up being an all-out battle between two elite running backs.

Chiefs at Cowboys – 4:30 PM

Last year, this matchup would have seemed out of place on the Thanksgiving slate, given the mismatch between these teams. This year, however, it fits perfectly. The Chiefs and Cowboys are both hovering around .500 and fighting to keep their playoff hopes alive.

Kansas City’s chances of winning the AFC West are slim, but a win over the Cowboys would keep them on pace for a Wild Card spot. Dallas doesn’t lag nearly as far behind in the NFC East, but if they want any chance at overtaking the Eagles, this is a must-win game. The stakes are high, the national spotlight is bright, and both teams are running out of time.

Bengals at Ravens – 8:20 PM

If the afternoon games are a showdown of running backs, primetime flips the script as elite quarterbacks take center stage. Joe Burrow is finally making his return to face Lamar Jackson in an AFC North battle. The Ravens hope to tighten their grip on the division and pull away from the Steelers, while the Bengals are clinging to their last sliver of hope.

At 3–8, the Bengals aren’t technically eliminated, but their 1.1% playoff chance says it all. Still, this is Joe Burrow we’re talking about. He led Cincinnati to five straight wins to close last season and keep the dream alive. If the Bengals can start stacking wins (and get some help), Burrow’s return could end up being the spark that changes everything.
